Based on the classic Charles Perrault fairy tale, this delight for the whole family follows Therese, daughter of the widowed King Gaston IX, whose christening brings a wicked fairy who prophesies hard trials in the girl’s future. When she falls in love years later with a poor prince, she must disguise herself in a donkey’s hide to avoid recognition from the crowd. She also receives a magic ring capable of making its wearer change their appearance.
